Her real estate journey began in 2002 with Liberty Realty in Jersey City, where she quickly established herself as a top-performing agent. Her career accelerated in 2006 when she was recruited by The Marketing Directors, earning the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2007 and multiple nominations for Sales Person of the Year at the NJ Builder's Association SAM Awards.
Natalie’s expertise extends beyond real estate transactions. She has held pivotal leadership roles, including Broker of Record for Triplemint New Jersey in 2020, a role that became even more significant after its merger with The Agency in 2022. She also founded and led her own successful ventures, including Dominant Properties, LLC, and JCity Realty, LLC, which she co-founded in 2014 and quickly grew into one of Hudson County’s premier real estate agencies.
